Waterproofing additive SIKA 1 – 1LT with normal setting for mortar and unreinforced concrete

Sika® 1 is a normal-setting waterproofing agent for mortar and concrete, which reacts with cement during the hydration process, producing mineral substances that block the capillary network, providing high impermeability to mortar and concrete.

Use and applications of SIKA 1 – 1LT waterproofing additive
-Internal and external plasters.
-Waterproof coatings in: basements, foundations, floors and walls in contact with soil moisture, swimming pools, reservoirs and water tanks, tunnels and galleries. -Retaining
walls.
-Block and brick laying mortar to prevent rising damp
-Waterproof concrete
Note: We do not recommend the use of Sika® 1 in reinforced or prestressed concrete.
